TEW AUTOMATION (P) LTD was formerly known as Turbo Engineering Works which was established in the year 1976 by Mr. J K Lakshman Rao, an Engineer and Entrepreneur. He has earned rich experience with working BHEL before starting this organization. He was involved in studying and understanding the technology transfer of manufacturing of Steam Turbines at BHEL. For this, he had training at SKODA, CZECH REPUBLIC for a period of 18 months.

Initially, we were manufacturing all non-standard machinery and spares for Sugar industries in Andhra Pradesh & Maharashtra. By earning good reputation in the market, we expanded our business to cater CEMENT INDUSTRY / POWER PROJECT SPARES as per Customer's Drawing / Design.

In the year 1995, we started a FORGING PLANT to manufacture of FORGED BOLTS, NUTS in all Grades At our Unit-I, Balanagar, Hyderabad, A.P From Size: Dia 10 mm To 80 mm, Length: 50 mm To 4000 mm approximately 12 M.T per month with a good quality standards. And also we manufacture non-standard Bolts viz., CSK, CSK NIB TYPE, OVAL HEAD, LINER, HEX, SQUARE HEAD etc., or as per Customer's Drawing / Design.

In the year 2001, we started MANUFACTURING CONVEYOR COMPONENTS LIKE IDLERS – CARRYING, RETURN, IMPACT, GUIDE ROLLERS FRAMES & Drum Pulleys from Belt Size : 500 mm To 2000 mm or as per Customer's Drawing / Design.

In the year 2009, we started MANUFACTURING M.S BOLTS, NUTS, LOCK NUTS, WASHERS & SPRING WASHERS at our Unit-II in Pashamylaram, Patancheru Mandal Medak Dist., A.P with a range of Size: M6 To M20, Length: 25mm to 100mm with a production capacity 50 M.T per month.

Shortly, we are going to in line of manufacture HIGH TENSILE (HT) BOLTS, NUTS in all grades (4.6/ 6.8/ 8.8/ 10.9/ 12.9) at our Unit-III, Aroor Village, Sadasivapet Mandal, Medak Dist., A.P in large scale.
